Your Inspection - From Us To You
My Standard Home Inspection is an evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components. Your report will include my findings of any material defects I discover in an easy-to-read format. I will also provide my recommendations for monitoring, repair or replacement. My job isn’t finished until you understand everything in your report.

Our Mold & Air Quality test pricing will include:
2 outdoor control samples - one on the windy side of the home, and the still air side of the home
1 indoor base sample
1 swab sample (primarily taken at the air handler unless visible growth is present)
Detailed microbiology report
Additional Samples and Swabs available for extra cost.
Wind Mitigation Inspection
Wind mitigation is the implementation of certain building techniques in order to limit damage caused by intense wind. Various incentives are in place to motivate homeowners to implement these enhancements, and qualified inspectors can determine which improvements are necessary.
Following Hurricane Andrew, Florida passed a law requiring insurance companies to offer their customers discounts and credits for existing building features and home improvements that reduce damage and loss from wind. In order to qualify for this discount, homes must undergo a certified home wind inspection.

A 4-point inspection covers the major components found in most homes:
- HVAC system: Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
- Electrical system: Electrical wiring and electrical panels
- Plumbing system: Hot water heater and existing water damage
- Roofing: Roof covering and roof shingles
The 4-Point Inspection is required by Insurance companies on homes older than 20 years.

A Wood Destroying Object Inspection is a visual inspection for wood destroying organisms which includes: termites, certain “wood boring” beetles, and wood decay fungi. Pretty much everyone is aware of termites, but in Florida, we include all types of organisms that “eat” wood.
Our Inspector is InterNACHI Certified to let you know if you need to hire a professional to treat any type of WDO infestations.
